Andani is a philosopher, social scientist and musician who is currently a PhD Doctoral Candidate in Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business at the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics (WCGE) and the Martin Luther University (MLU) of Halle-Wittenberg in Germany.

Prior to joining the PhD programme, Andani was a post-graduate development fellow at the University of South Africa (Unisa) where he completed his Master of Commerce degree in Business Management specialising in the study of Sustainability and Strategic Management through the Strategy-as-Practice perspective. He is an inspired researcher who believes that all knowledge should help uplift humanity.

Beyond academic borders, Andani has recently released his inspirational Hip Hop album titled Finding Purpose, Finding Power (#FPFP). Furthermore, he is a socially engaged citizen who has served in numerous youth development and community organisations culminating in him becoming a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and founding Secretary General of the Global Shapers Tshwane Hub. Under Andani’s co-leadership, the Tshwane Hub became one of the most vibrant hubs in the world.
